pipeline
Drag deals across your own stages. Weighted forecast from each stage's win probability, so the number is real.
HAANK/CRM
<haank-crm · UAE/>
Sales pipeline, quotes with 5% VAT, and a support desk with SLAs — built around how your team actually works. Fully bilingual EN/AR, your data on your own server, and no per-user monthly fees.

Drag a deal along the pipeline — or tap it — and watch the weighted forecast recalculate. Hit the EN / ع toggle to flip the whole board into Arabic. This is the real interface, running here in your browser.
<what-s-inside/>
Drag deals across your own stages. Weighted forecast from each stage's win probability, so the number is real.
Line items from a product catalogue, per-line discounts, 5% VAT handled in the document. Accepting writes back to the deal.
Ticket inbox by priority, internal notes vs customer replies, canned replies, and first-response SLA timers per priority.
People and companies with the whole relationship attached — deals, quotes, tickets and a dated activity timeline.
Won revenue by month, win rate, lead sources, lost reasons, resolution times per agent, and margin from accepted quotes.
CSV import and export for every collection, an admin-only export log, and a database you can copy in one file.

International CRMs are good products. They're also priced per seat, hosted somewhere you don't choose, and built for a market that isn't this one.
| HAANK CRM | Subscription CRM | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | One-time build, optional annual support | Per user, per month — forever, and it grows as you hire |
| Your data | Your server or your cloud account | Vendor's cloud, region of their choosing |
| Arabic | Full interface + proper RTL | Often partial, or English-only |
| UAE VAT | 5% built into quoting | Configurable, sometimes via add-on |
| Fits your workflow | Built around your stages and process | You adapt to the product |
| Support | Same time zone, a named human | Ticket queue, another continent |
| Leaving | You already have the database | Export, then hope it maps |
<who-it-s-for/>
Long sales cycles, quotes that get revised, and jobs that turn into support. All of it on one record per client.
A product catalogue that drives quoting, repeat customers, and margin visible per accepted quote.
A handful of big deals at a time, where forgetting one follow-up costs more than the software ever will.
The point where deals start falling between chairs and the spreadsheet stops being a system.
Typically live in 4–8 weeks, including migration and training.
<delivery/>
One conversation about how you actually sell. Stages, roles, documents.
Your pipeline, products, tax and SLA targets — set up, not adapted.
Contacts, companies and open deals imported from your spreadsheet or old CRM.
Your team trained in their language, then support while it beds in.
> migration: 0 data left behind.

It's a one-time build priced on scope, plus optional annual support — not a per-user monthly subscription. Because you're not renting seats, the cost doesn't grow every time you hire. Tell us your team size and workflows and we'll give you a written figure before any work starts.
Typically four to eight weeks, depending on how much data has to be migrated and how far your workflows differ from the standard pipeline. That includes configuration, importing your existing contacts and deals, staff training and go-live support.
Wherever you choose — your own server, your own cloud account, or hosting we manage for you. The entire database is a file you can copy, and every collection exports to CSV on demand. There's no lock-in and no vendor sitting between you and your customer list.
Fully bilingual. The whole interface switches between English and Arabic with proper right-to-left layout — mirrored navigation, Arabic-Indic numerals where appropriate, and correct handling of Latin text inside Arabic sentences. You can try it on this page: switch the live demo above into Arabic. We wrote about why this is harder than a translation pass in our guide to bilingual EN/AR apps.
Yes. Quotes are built from a product catalogue with per-line discounts and a configurable tax rate, so the 5% VAT is calculated in the document rather than added by hand afterwards. Accepted quotes write their total back to the deal automatically.
Yes. Contacts, companies and products import from CSV, duplicate emails are skipped, and unknown company names are created automatically. If you're coming from another CRM, export to CSV and we handle the mapping as part of the build.
Yes — HAANK is a software studio. We build web platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps and POS systems end to end. The CRM is one of our own products; see the studio or read our guide to custom vs off-the-shelf software if you're weighing the decision.

Send us a message and we'll walk you through it with your pipeline, not a demo dataset.
Your data stays yours — happy to sign an NDA before you share a thing. We reply, usually same day.
